Pilot actions in Serbia for EUTH-CLIMATE ...

In Aleksinac, a group of proactive young individuals supported by the operators of Caritas Aleksinac, high schools and local utility companies completed the Erasmus+ project EUTH Climate during the months of September and October. They took the initiative to identify and address issues related to landfills in the municipality that required rehabilitation.

Their efforts were aimed at raising awareness and influencing both the local community and municipal authorities to instigate change in the workings of the communal inspection. In collaboration with the environmental inspector, these young people organized clean-up actions in two key areas, each with significant ecological and climate change benefits.
